Relax together in the themed living room, prepare meals in the kitchen equipped with pots, pans, dishes and everyday cooking essentials, and use the washer and dryer during your stay. The home has one full bathroom shared by all guests. EXTRA INFO Free on-site parking is available. The property is not fenced and does not have a garage.

Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM to respect the neighbors. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. There are stairs at both the front entrance and back patio door, so please use caution. There is also a backyard flood light for added visibility and security. Please do not remove themed wall décor, as some pieces are fragile and can break easily. It’s a convenient spot for families, workers, and travelers who want easy access to the city while staying in a quieter residential area.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, dining area, living room, laundry room, backyard, and parking in the front, driveway, street, and back of the home. The only area not available for guest use is one locked owner/cleaning closet in the third bedroom, where supplies are kept for restocking the property.

Driving is the easiest way to get around Amarillo and reach local attractions, restaurants, shopping, and downtown areas. Guests can park in the front, driveway, street, or behind the home.
